►Description

Milk Transport truck(also called milk truck,milk delivery tanker,milk tanker, milk transporter, milk preservation transporter, liquid food transporter truck) is mainly used to transport fresh goat milk, fresh milk, fresh juice, edible oil,Fresh-keeping edible products such as bulk beer. With excellent heat preservation and anti-corrosion effects,milk transport truck can ensure that the product is stored in the tank for 24 hours and the temperature is within the range of plus and minus 1 degrees Celsius.

►FeatureThe tank body structure is divided into three layers: the insulation production layer, the insulation layer and the tank body.
1) The tank body of the frame is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel plate. The tank body can be made into 2-3 compartments. The tank body is required to be smooth and free of sharp angles. Each milk tank is equipped with a cip (cleaning device) tank with a washer.

2) There is an insulation layer in the middle of the tank, which has the effect of insulation and prevents the deterioration of fresh milk. When the temperature difference is 30 degrees, the temperature change shall not exceed 1 degree in 24 hours. The insulation material adopts 80 (mm) thick polyurethane foam material for insulation.

3) The outer layer of the tank (insulation layer protection layer) is made of 2mm thick 304L stainless steel plate. The stainless steel outer skin and trunk are beautiful in appearance, the entire car body is beautiful in appearance, scientific in structure, light in weight and good in strength.

4) A vent valve is set on the top of the tank, which can be automatically adjusted to reduce the evaporation loss of the liquid and prevent the tank body from deforming when the positive and negative pressure is generated in the tank.

5) The amount of remaining liquid in the tank is small, which meets the national standard of less than 1%.

6) Optional chillers, flow meters, level gauges, safety locks, leak-proof devices, rock wool insulation, etc.
